Tricia Nolan – A Producer’s Business Card November 15, 2011
A 3D photo of a blind impression we put on the front of the card.
We designed these cards for Tricia Nolan, a producer based in New Jersey. The cards turned out really nice with a simple blind impression on the front and her contact information on the back. The 3D photo above really highlights the impression and might be the next best thing to holding the cards in your hand.
After wrapping up the design with Tricia, we printed the cards on a 600gsm stock. No need for duplexing since the coverage on either side was pretty mild. The transparent white ink on the front was done first and then the contact information in dark gray (on the back) was second.
We added transparent white ink to the front to increase the contrast of the type and design – making it all easier to read. The gray was done second so that it would have a nice impression as well.
The back of the card was kept simple with all of her info put in a single line on the back of the card. Here are a few more 3D photos of the cards.
