Not only is the impression great on this piece but we got a really nice flood of color which can be a bit tough when letterpress printing.

I didn’t lie, we’ve been busy. I’ll keep this short and go straight into it. We decided to design and print holiday cards this year so we’ll be rolling them out one by one this week and next, but if you haven’t noticed, they’re already up for sale.

We call this one “Snow Day”. What better way to show that you care than a shoveled “Happy Holidays” hit with a “blind” impression for snow…pretty sure nothing, except for giving a car…with snow tires.

We’ve been busy doing things, awesome things. So that your mind doesn’t explode we’ll roll them out in waves. Here’s wave one…

We recently collaborated with the Divisionof/ team to create a new poster that we think came out awesome. It all started with a conversation about glow-in-the-dark ink and mythical creatures…scratched the creatures and stuck with the ink. We wanted to create something that allowed the poster to stand whether the lights were on or off, so we decided to focus on just that. Rise and shine, have a good morning. Time to sleep, have a good night. Simple messages that make us feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Each poster was hand-printed on our vandy and limited to 100 pieces. Check it out and tell us what you think (the blue up top is significantly brighter, I just got excited and took these photos in low light and got carried away in post. I’ll take more photos.).

Being that everyone has been enjoying our latest baby announcement post, we’re going to ride this baby wave and show you guys another. Just finished another set Josh and Michelle to celebrate the arrival of David, the newest addition to their family! We designed these great pieces on 110# cotton paper with navy blue and metallic silver ink. The invites are complimented with navy blue envelopes with a baby blue liner. To top things off these announcements were paired with matching note cards that can be used for Thank you cards or just notes to the baby for the future, pretty awesome.

I know we’ve been showing you alot of business cards these days so to change things up here are some awesome baby announcements that were designed and printed here at Dolce. Two colors (Blue and Chartreuse) on 110lb cotton paper with a matching envelope and liner (which looks great). To top it off we designed custom notecards on the same 110lb cotton paper with matching envelope and liner. Let us know what you think!
