The production on these cards were simple compared to these Textured Letterpress Business Cards we did for Sky Sync. But don’t let the simple production fool you, with letterpress less is more. We put together all of the specs for the printing and finishing below.

How did you make these cards?

Every order gets personal attention to make sure the printing and finishing is perfect. Creating custom business cards is as much an art as a science but the process below gives you an idea of how we create specialty business cards.

Here is the breakdown of the production process:

  • 1 Color Letterpress – First, we letterpress printed the black text on the front and back.
  • Duplexing – The printed sheets were glued together to create a triplexed business card (3-ply).
  • Trimming – Next, We trimmed down the cards to the final size.
  • Edge Coloring – Last, we painted the edge of the cards in BLACK to match the ink color.
